Finally the long awaited moment has arrived. On March 16th the boys moved into their new home and they could not be happier. After a year of hard work, dedication from our local and international supporters we finally seen the fruits of our “Streetboys project”. It was incredibly rewarding to see them settle in, yet even more rewarding that they know have a place they can call home.

The first phase of the home is finally built, this includes two sleeping rooms, washrooms, staff room and kitchen.

The boys were not informed that their new home was ready; we surprised them when they got back from school and later celebrated with gift bags for each of them. They were very excited.

We have two sleeping rooms which include twelve beds in each one.

BUT NOW WE NEED YOU’RE HELP…we need to raise more funds to build the second phase of the building, such as the hall, classrooms and study rooms. Donations in kind, including construction materials, furniture and electronic goods will also be a great help to our centre.
