Food, shelter, good health, education and most importantly opportunity are some of the most basic needs that we as individuals have come to expect. Now imagine if even one of those needs was not being met, let alone all of them. Unfortunately that is the situation faced by far too many in under-developed countries.

Providing these basic needs can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when the problem affects so many. But not trying to change the lives of the unfortunate for the better is something we at LocalAid find unacceptable.

 Tackling the issues one person at a time, one community at a time is what we try to do. Building health clinics that are free and accessible, providing opportunity to earn income, feeding and educating children and mostly providing hope and opportunity is how we do this.
